Frequently Asked Questions

What is your refund policy?

Because our courses are digital and available immediately after purchase, refunds are limited. Refund requests may be made within 24 hours of purchase if the course has not been accessed, course materials have not been substantially viewed or downloaded, no certificate has been issued, and no continuing education credit has been submitted for reporting. For packages, none of the included courses may have been accessed.

Can I verify your NCBTMB credentials?

Absolutely. You can independently verify our provider status through the NCBTMB CE Provider Search. Click the link below and search using:

Provider Number: 1002640

This will allow you to view and verify our current NCBTMB Approved Provider status.

How does this course apply to my state’s CE requirements?

Our Advanced Acupressure Techniques for Musculoskeletal Pain course is the heart of our continuing education program. Because CE requirements vary by state, we’ve created **state-specific pages** to make it easy to see how this course fits into your state’s requirements.

Select your state to find:

• A link to your state board’s official CE requirements
• Our applicable provider, approval, and course credential numbers
• How this course applies toward your state’s required CE hours
• Any additional required topics, such as Ethics, Laws & Rules, or other state-specific courses — and, when available, we have those for you too.

Are your courses approved by the Florida Board of Massage Therapy?

Yes. We offer Florida Board of Massage Therapy–approved continuing education courses registered through CE Broker.

Our Florida-approved courses include the 12-Hour Advanced Acupressure Techniques for Musculoskeletal Pain, 5-Hour Master T’ung-Style Point Location for Bodyworkers: Upper Body Pain, Florida Laws & Rules, Florida Medical Errors, and Medical Ethics for Healthcare Professionals.

You can also explore our Florida CE package. All courses offered on our Florida page are specifically selected for Florida massage therapists and are approved for Florida continuing education credit and registered through CE Broker.

CE Reporting Details

What we report

We report your completed CE activity details as required by the accrediting body for the course. This typically includes your name, completion date, and earned credit hours tied to the activity.

Reporting timeline

Reporting timing depends on the accrediting body. We submit records after you complete the course requirements and your completion is recorded. If you need a deadline met, contact us before you enroll.

Your info must match

Use the same name and email you use with your licensing board or professional profile. Incorrect details can delay matching your credits. Update your profile before completion if anything changes. Or email us and we can update and fix your certificate of completion for you.

Your proof of credit

Your certificate is your primary proof of completion. Save a copy for your records. If an external database takes time to update, your certificate still shows the course title, date, and credits earned.
